Nice, but tough to use

I really enjoy this body scrub for the shower; it's like using a scrub and moisturizer in one. It goes on almost feeling like a lotion. I might like it more if it did a bit more exfoliating. The light fragrance is also lovely. The big problem with it, and the reason I won't be buying it again, is that it is really hard to get it out of the container. I have arthritis, which might be part of the problem, but it seems like I have to squeeze just too hard to get the stuff to come out.
